The real gems are in the Bulb Greenhouse, a special greenhouse that provides optimal conditions for bulbous plants. Every week, bulb attendant Jaco puts fresh flowering bulbous and tuberous plants in here. Further on, in the raised bulb trough, the history of bulb growing is illustrated. You can see where and how bulbs and tubers grow naturally and the progression from wild to cultivated tulips, imperial crowns, hyacinths and more.
